A few things about me
How it all started
Nice to e-meet you! I'm Léa 👋
I come from a lost village in the countryside of France.
I’ve always loved languages. Following translation and interpretation studies was just natural.
After a bachelor’s degree in languages with a specialization in translation, I went to Toulouse to start a Master’s degree in translation.
Once I got my Master’s degree, I started my activity as a freelance translator with skills:
In English: language at the heart of my studies, which I completed with a trip to Australia.
In Spanish: my second language, with which I grew up.
In Japanese: I started in high school and will definitely try to learn it again!

My values

I chose quality over quantity: your image and credibility come first.
I carefully proofread each project before the delivery.
I provide you with glossaries that improve the coherence and quality.
I optimize the process to ensure efficiency and flawlessness.

I prize human values like respect, attentiveness, and cheerfulness.
I make sure my clients feel heard, understood, and accompanied.
I advocate inclusivity and make your content reflect your values..
I adapt to unforeseen events: we are all humans with real lives.

I guide you through every step of our collaboration.
I adapt my offer to your needs, and your budget.
I offer direct communication, allowing you to follow the project.
I connect you with reliable professionals if I can't help you.
More than specialties: passions!
Every field I specialize in was first a passion, so here's a bit of my World:
Walking around Osaka in yukata
Make-up I made for the Olympic Games
In my college years, I discovered a real passion for cosmetics and fashion.
I often like doing creative and extravagant make-ups to express my identity and my style. And yes, I do go out like that, and I love it.
College was also when I discovered that daily outfits could be colorful. (bye-bye black jeans and black tops 👋)
I have always liked learning new languages and discovering new cultures.
I have grown up going to Spain every summer, and in 2024, I decided to go to the other side of the (my) world and traveled to Australia.
And because I was so close, why not stopping by Japan?
My next stop? Probably South Korea! (I'm currently watching a Korean food show, that's why)
Me if I was a RPG character
Oh I can't even remember for how long I've been playing games, but here is are 3 facts about my gaming life:
- Favorite game ever: Dragon Quest (every. single. one.).
- Game I've played the most: easily League of Legends
- An unpopular game I'd advise: Fantasy Life
Localizing games allow me to help French players discover wonderful games by offering a tailor-made, immersive experience. (And I get to say that I'm working when I'm playing)
During a high-jump contest
I've been an athlete for more than a decade now. I practically live on the track. And I've recently become an hepthathlete, which made it even worse.
Monday? Long sprints and shot put. Tuesday? High jump and hurdles. Wednesday? Gym and javelin throw. Thursday? Short sprints and long jump. Friday? Gym (yes, again) and aerobic.
Thankfully, I get to rest on the week-end... Sometimes...
